Our Work from Home Customer Service Representatives are passionate about helping customers and making every interaction an unforgettable experience. Job Duties: Receive inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and follow required scripting to assist customers. Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries as needed. Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers.

Gather and update customer and vehicle information. Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives for follow-up calls. Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment.

Conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script and schedule service appointments according to promotional offers. Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts. Our benefits programs were designed with our team members' preferences in mind.
