Job Opportunity

This is a remote position. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) (On-site or Telehealth) A well-established outpatient mental health practice in Lower Westchester, NY is seeking a Spanish-speaking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our collaborative clinical team. While we maintain a strong in-person presence, we welcome candidates who prefer to work remotely in a telehealth capacity. This role is ideal for a provider passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

About the Role:

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management for patients across the lifespan, with a primary focus on adults and older adults.
  • Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other clinicians to develop integrated treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Flexible scheduling with telehealth-based care as a primary or hybrid option - no on-call requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system.

Requirements:

  • Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
  • Active New York State license and DEA registration.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
