This role is designed for a remote work environment that allows counselors the flexibility to manage their caseload effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Although predominantly remote, our LPCs occasionally participate in team meetings and collaborative practices with other professionals in the outpatient office in Corpus Christi. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that adhere to clinical and administrative policies.
• Document all counseling sessions and treatment goals in compliance with organizational standards.
• Engage in regular internal consultations and supervision to share insights, address challenges, and foster professional growth.
• Participation in multidisciplinary groups aimed at enhancing clinical practices and updating service offerings based on the latest evidence-based methods.
• Provide specialized clinical services aligned with specific programs to cater to diverse client needs.
• Maintain a focus on meeting department goals and activity metrics, ensuring adherence to Key Performance Indicators.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Clearpath, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic health issues. Our clients range widely in age and background, allowing you to employ different therapeutic techniques to cater to each individual’s unique circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting and completion of an internship in a relevant field.
• The ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Proficient vision abilities, including close vision, are necessary for completing documentation and assessment tasks.

• Certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is highly desirable.
• Experience working with health psychology, particularly in chronic pain management or health-related psychological issues, is advantageous.
• Comfortable with leveraging virtual therapy platforms and technologies for remote counseling sessions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $104,000 per year, plus the potential for bonuses based on performance. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
