• Conduct preliminary evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, among others.
• Engage in individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.
• Document all clinical interactions and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, fostering an adaptable therapeutic approach.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay updated on the latest mental health trends and best practices.

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including adults, children, couples, and families facing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Many clients may have limited access to traditional therapy resources, and your role will be pivotal in connecting them with the support and guidance they need.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse clientele.
