• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on thorough evaluations of their needs and circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused techniques.
• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other specialists, to facilitate holistic and integrated care for your clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to state and federal confidentiality laws and ethical standards.
• Stay informed on recent advancements and best practices in mental health through continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions.

Your work will primarily focus on serving vulnerable populations experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. You will provide essential support to individuals and families who often have limited access to mental health resources, making your role critical in improving their quality of life and overall mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Proven ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or addictions treatment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care solutions.
• Familiarity with EMR software and other relevant technological tools to streamline counseling processes.

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, determined by your experience and client caseload.
