A Remote Medical Spa RN is a licensed registered nurse who provides aesthetic and wellness treatments via telehealth or virtual consultations. They may guide patients on skincare routines, perform virtual assessments, recommend treatments, and support in-office providers. This role often involves patient education, coordinating care, and ensuring compliance with medical spa protocols. Some positions may also include training staff or assisting with remote prescribing under a supervising physician.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of a Remote Medical Spa RN?

Remote Medical Spa RNs primarily conduct virtual consultations, assess client suitability for aesthetic treatments, provide pre- and post-procedure guidance, and coordinate care plans. They document patient interactions using secure EHR systems, collaborate closely with supervising medical directors and aestheticians, and may help monitor client progress remotely. While patient care is provided virtually, strong communication and documentation skills are crucial for ensuring safety and satisfaction. This role is ideal for nurses who are self-motivated, enjoy client education, and are comfortable with telehealth technology.

Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust remotely with clients are essential soft skills. These abilities ensure safe, effective client care and a positive experience in a virtual and rapidly evolving med spa environment.

Job description

Overview
Corporate Tools is hiring an experienced UX Engineer for $115,000/year. You will be a traditional company employee. This is a remote position, but if you're near one of our local offices, you're welcome to come hangout with us in-office as well. Our main offices are in Post Falls, ID, and Spokane, WA; we also have satellite offices in Austin, TX, and Salt Lake City, UT. You'll be working 40 hours a week and, of course, enjoy great company benefits. Are you the kind of person who dreams in pixels and writes code that feels like magic? We're on the hunt for a UX Engineer who's part designer, part developer, and 100% passionate about creating seamless user experiences that make people say, "Wow, that just works!" We're searching for a passionate individual who can blend the art of design with the science of code. You'll be the bridge between our visionary designers and talented developers. If you're the type of person who fell in love with design, but dreams about the code used to display it to users, you're our person!
Wage
Up to $115,000 / year
Benefits
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision Full coverage for employees - nothing comes out of your paycheck. Plus an annual review with a raise option.
  • Time off that grows with you 22 days PTO + 4 holidays to start. After 3 years it bumps to 29 days, and after 5 years you move to flexible time off - not accrued, not capped. Take time off when you want.
  • Parental leave & 401(k) match Paid parental leave, plus up to 6% company 401(k) matching with no vesting period - it's yours from day one.
  • Quarterly allowance Spend it on whatever makes work better: a comfier remote setup, continuing-education classes, a plant for your desk, coffee for a coworker, a massage for yourself... really, whatever.
  • No dumb perks (and a trail mix bar) No weekend dog-walking gimmicks that look cool but cost nothing because nobody uses them. We spend on benefits you'll actually use - an open-concept office, friendly coworkers, a creative environment, and yeah... a trail mix bar.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full UX slice - research real user pain, sketch flows, craft hi-fi Figma mocks, then ship the coded component in production.
  • Build & maintain Human Interface Principles (tokens, components, patterns) in Vue, ensuring consistency across product suites.
  • Write production-quality front-end code-HTML, modern CSS (Tailwind/SCSS), vanilla JS, and at least one SPA framework; pair closely with Rails/API engineers.
  • Break large UX epics into sprint-sized tasks, track quality, and mentor juniors: give crisp code and design reviews.
  • Champion accessibility, performance, and A/B experimentation: measure, learn, iterate.
  • Communicate early & often with PMs, EMs, and stakeholder: "be a good human," keep calm, and help raise the bar for craft and culture.

Requirements
  • 5 + years experience building web UIs
  • 3 + years experience being focused on UX research and/or UI design
  • Fluency in Figma, HTML, CSS, vanilla JS & one modern framework (Vue, React, or similar).
  • Solid grasp of responsive, accessible, component-driven front-end architecture.
  • Comfortable reading Rails view code & JSON APIs (deep Rails expertise nice-to-have, not required).
  • Proven record mentoring peers and driving feature delivery from concept to ship.
  • Growth mindset, respect for teammates, and a bias toward calm, quality work over frantic sprints.
  • Preferred: Experience with A/B tools, analytics pipelines, or UX testing frameworks.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with AWS front-end hosting or CI/CD (S3, CloudFront, ECS).
  • Preferred: Knowledge of TypeScript, GraphQL, or automated UI testing (Cypress/Playwright).
