What You'll DoBusiness Development & Client Growth
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new healthcare clients nationwide.
  • Build long-term relationships with healthcare leaders, administrators, and decision-makers.
  • Develop and expand your own book of business through strategic outreach and relationship management.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements.
Physician Recruitment & Placement
  • Recruit, qualify, and place physicians and surgeons in locum tenens assignments nationwide.
  • Conduct outbound recruiting through calls, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and digital sourcing.
  • Match physician qualifications with client requirements and staffing needs.
  • Guide providers through the recruitment and placement process.
Pipeline & Performance Management

Work Environment
