• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their mental health needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops, engaging participants in collective healing experiences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida is required.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
