• As an LCSW, you will provide thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to diagnose and resolve psychosocial issues that may stem from various mental or physical health conditions.
• Document social work activities in patients' medical records according to departmental standards and ensure adherence to the NASW Code of Ethics.
• Utilize clinical judgment to develop personalized treatment plans employing both individual and group therapy modalities.
• Create and lead educational sessions that guide patients and families in understanding treatment protocols and recommendations, facilitating a smooth recovery process.
• Interface regularly with medical staff to share insights into patient backgrounds, thus integrating social considerations into the overall care plan, which promotes enhanced compliance and satisfaction.
• Conduct bio-psychosocial evaluations aimed at identifying barriers to treatment and maximizing resource utilization.
• Provide advocacy support to patients in navigating community resources, thereby uplifting their social support networks.
• Maintain continuous education and training pertinent to your role, ensuring that your practice remains aligned with the latest developments in the mental health field.

In this position, you will work with a diverse client base that spans various age groups and backgrounds, encountering a wide range of mental health challenges. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current LCSW license issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure is mandatory.

• At least one year of clinical experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is preferred.

• Experience in providing therapy to a wide range of patient demographics.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and documentation practices is advantageous.
