• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to establish a thorough understanding of each client's mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions through video conferencing and other digital platforms, employing evidence-based practices to address individual client needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic support, ensuring clients receive well-rounded care that encompasses their physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular training opportunities, workshops, and preparation for licensure renewal, keeping abreast of the latest research and therapeutic techniques in mental health counseling.
• Monthly participation in team meetings to share insights, debrief cases, and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving program effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Document client interactions meticulously in compliance with ethical and legal standards using electronic medical records systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in distress, offering immediate assistance and safety planning as needed.
• Review and refine treatment approaches based on client feedback and progress, continually adapting strategies to foster the best outcomes.

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients facing various emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. • Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services is preferred, particularly with clients facing emotional and mental health challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport quickly, fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is advantageous.
• Proven experience delivering counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, demonstrating effectiveness in treatment outcomes.
• High level of cultural competence and commitment to providing inclusive, affirming care for clients from all walks of life.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to maintain clear, collaborative interactions with clients and colleagues alike.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
