As a member of our virtual team, you will engage in regular video conferencing meetings to maintain communication, collaborate on treatment strategies, and participate in clinical supervision while being fully equipped with the necessary technology and resources to deliver exceptional care.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments for new patients to gauge their mental health needs and develop tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Design, implement, and actively refine individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient feedback.
• Facilitate both individual and group psychotherapy sessions to assist patients in navigating mental health conditions, employing various therapeutic modalities.
• Engage in crisis intervention, employing de-escalation techniques and providing immediate support to patients in distress.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and interventions in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for shared patients.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to engage in peer feedback, share best practices, and stay aligned with organizational goals.
• Commit to ongoing education and professional development by staying updated with the latest research, techniques, and trends in the mental health field.

You will work with a diverse array of patients, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and possessing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological challenges. Your role will involve facilitating recovery by empowering patients to develop coping strategies and personal growth that enhance their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy for a broad spectrum of mental health issues.
• Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with team members.
• Proficiency in navigating electronic medical record systems and standard healthcare technologies.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical social work capacity is preferred.
• Experience in group therapy settings and familiarity with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques is highly desirable.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
