• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological state of patients, considering any co-occurring medical issues.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, integrated treatment plans that address both mental health and physical well-being, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, customizing each approach based on patient needs and employing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate closely with medical providers, participating in interdisciplinary care planning to ensure seamless treatment and support for patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating the ability to respond swiftly and effectively to urgent situations.
• Educate patients on the interplay between mental health and physical health, empowering them with strategies to better manage their conditions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to share insights, brainstorm solutions, and discuss best practices in integrated care.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health care to enhance service delivery and optimize treatment outcomes.

The therapist will work primarily with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, particularly those with concurrent medical conditions. Our patient population includes diverse backgrounds, and the role requires a culturally sensitive approach to treatment. Understanding the unique needs and circumstances of each patient is vital in fostering trust and ensuring effective care.

• Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries while fostering a supportive environment.
• Technology: Proficiency in electronic health record systems and relevant computer applications, ensuring accurate patient documentation.
• Teamwork: A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, valuing diverse perspectives and approaches.

• Experience in providing mental health services to individuals with co-occurring medical conditions, enhancing your ability to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Our benefits package includes:
