To thrive as a Remote Medical Monitor, you need a medical degree (MD or equivalent), clinical experience, and a strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and regulations. Familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS), electronic data capture (EDC) platforms, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification are typically required.
