Entry Level Medical Monitors are healthcare professionals, often with a background in medicine, nursing, or life sciences, who assist in overseeing the safety and efficacy of clinical trials. They typically work under the supervision of senior medical monitors or clinical research teams to review clinical data, monitor adverse events, and ensure trial protocols are followed. Their role is crucial in maintaining patient safety and regulatory compliance during studies. Entry level positions may involve training and close mentorship, providing a foundation for advancement in clinical research.
