Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through virtual consultations to gather valuable patient information and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, effectively adapting them to a remote delivery model.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with our multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, via virtual meetings to enhance patient care and ensure coordinated service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits
