You will engage with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring privacy and confidentiality. • Facilitate one-on-one video counseling sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Encourage clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, fostering a deeper understanding of their mental health.
• Act as a client advocate, guiding them in goal-setting and offering support throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans focusing on evidence-based practices.
• Implement solution-focused interventions that empower clients and promote positive behavioral changes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Your primary focus will be adults who present with stable and low-acuity mental health issues. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and other mild to moderate mental health concerns. You will play a crucial role in helping these clients develop coping strategies and enhance their emotional well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Strong proficiency in using technology and virtual communication tools to facilitate telehealth sessions.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting individual therapy sessions, particularly via telehealth.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapies and evidence-based practices related to mental health counseling.
• Previous work in community health settings and experience with diverse populations is a plus.

The offered annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
