Job Title: Business Process Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to support our QAD implementation project. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather process inputs, develop comprehensive requirements documentation, and assist in test planning and execution. This role is critical in ensuring that our implementation aligns with the needs of our medical device manufacturing and contract manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document current processes and requirements.
Develop detailed requirements documentation that accurately reflects stakeholder needs.
Support the planning and execution of testing phases to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from various departments.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.
Travel to the Franklin, WI site as needed to support project activities and stakeholder engagement.
Mandatory Skills
Proven experience in QAD AS implementation.
Strong understanding of business processes in medical devices manufacturing.
Experience in developing requirements documentation and test plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP, QMS, and MES implementations.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the medical device industry.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the medical device or contract manufacturing sectors.
Proven track record of successful project participation in ERP/QMS/MES implementations.
Willingness to travel to Franklin, WI as required during the project duration.
