• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering strong relationships that prioritize their mental health journey while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, routine appointments, and potential discharge planning to ensure optimal care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans grounded in a person-centered approach to facilitate growth and stability.
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments that lay the foundation for informed treatment planning and personalized interventions.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to client needs, promoting engagement and therapeutic rapport.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to discuss case progress, seek guidance, and foster professional growth.
• Collaborate actively with a network of healthcare providers to ensure all-encompassing treatment and service delivery to clients.
• Adopt a growth mindset, embracing feedback and evolving practices in response to new mental health insights.

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, with demonstrated competence in therapeutic practices.
• Proficient computer skills, familiar with tools such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and client management.
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and groups, along with comfort in conducting intake assessments.

• Prior exposure to diverse client populations and unique mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and outpatient practice workflows.
• Experience working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and clinical expertise. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating financial waiting periods for our clinicians.
