• Maintain a manageable caseload, developing meaningful relationships with clients while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discussing current stability levels and planning follow-up appointments, including potential discharge when appropriate.
• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate progress notes and compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to identify treatment needs and appropriate strategies.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing therapeutic modalities that best suit the client's objectives.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions to promote continued professional development and self-reflection.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to clients, enhancing their overall well-being.
• Embrace a growth mindset, remaining open to new ideas and approaches to improve practices within the organization.

This position is focused on serving varied clientele in an outpatient setting, providing mental health counseling for individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing supportive and evidence-based practices, you will aid clients in navigating their mental health journeys, ultimately facilitating their progress towards improved well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and scheduling, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
• Comfort and skill in conducting thorough intake assessments to assess client needs effectively.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
