Position Overview

Inner Strength Therapy Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively while providing vital mental health support to a diverse clientele in the comfort of a telehealth environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients by building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries throughout the therapeutic process.
• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, need for support, and appropriate discharge planning.
• Collaboratively develop, execute, and monitor personalized treatment plans based on clients' evolving needs.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and progress notes for each client in compliance with organizational standards.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and tailor treatment options accordingly.
• Provide weekly individual therapy sessions via telehealth, integrating evidence-based methodologies.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and personal growth.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain a growth mindset, continually seeking professional development and knowledge expansion.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Inner Strength Therapy Center, our patient population ranges widely, encompassing adults, children, and families from diverse backgrounds. We focus on providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.
• Proficiency in computer technology, particularly with programs such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfortable performing intake assessments and utilizing therapeutic assessment tools.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, allowing clinicians to thrive financially while practicing their passion. We operate on a Fee-for-Service model that guarantees payment ahead of collections, alleviating any reimbursement waiting period. Additional benefits include:
