Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, establishing meaningful rapport and maintaining professional ethics while conducting therapy sessions.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to accurately diagnose and identify clients' needs and treatment goals.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they reflect each client's progress and changing circumstances.
  • Document client interactions accurately and timely in our electronic health record (EHR) system, writing detailed progress notes and treatment updates.
  • Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions aimed at addressing specific issues relevant to each clientโ€™s mental health challenges.
  • Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to discuss case progress, receive guidance, and enhance professional development.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to promote comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The licensed professional counselor will work with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with complex mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse disorders, and more. Qualifications
