This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring you are fully supported by our collaborative team. Your role will be characterized by a manageable caseload, with the expectation to conduct up to twenty-eight client visits per week. You will participate in regular team meetings aimed at professional development and client care enhancement. Our interdisciplinary approach will provide you with opportunities for collaboration with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to inform personalized treatment planning.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, providing individual and group therapy, and employ therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to promote optimal outcomes.
• Educate clients on coping mechanisms and strategies to maintain and enhance their mental well-being.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Participate in continuing education initiatives to stay abreast of developments in mental health practices, contributing to your professional growth.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with Washington State regulations and ethical codes.

Your primary focus will be on diverse populations within our community, offering therapeutic support to individuals seeking guidance and recovery from various mental health challenges. You will engage with clients from different backgrounds, understanding their unique perspectives and tailoring approaches to meet their specific needs. This role is essential for building a trusting relationship with clients, which is critical for effective therapeutic interventions.

• A valid Washington State license as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role within a behavioral health setting.
• Strong foundation in Evidence-Based Practices, with a track record of applying these in therapeutic settings.

The salary range for this position is competitive at USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
