Key Responsibilities- Maintain current Oregon Driver's License and adhere to all local regulatory requirements.
- Achieve and uphold certifications in CPR and First Aid.
- Demonstrate effective organization and time management skills to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
- Continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and meet the expectations set by licensure boards.
- Conduct assessments and therapy sessions using the electronic medical record (EMR) system to document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to ensure alignment on treatment protocols and policy adherence.
- Provide information and assistance to clients concerning their identified financial or social needs, linking them to additional community resources as required.
- Follow established ethics codes, clinic policies, and the directives of your supervisor to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Other duties as assigned, adapting your approach based on the unique needs of each client.
This role primarily serves a diverse population of youth and their families who vary in cultural backgrounds and mental health needs. You will work in a fast-paced environment where you will triage cases, ensuring that each client's individual needs are met while maintaining clinical excellence. Qualifications- A valid and independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high caseload, fast-paced environment with a focus on quality service delivery.
- Strong motivational skills and a consistent positive outlook to inspire and uplift clients.
- Experience working with youth and families in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation best practices.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and specialized training pertinent to mental health therapy.
