Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote outpatient team in Grants Pass, Oregon. • Attend and actively contribute to team meetings, providing insights and feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with ethical codes and adhere to best practices in accordance with New Narrative policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Execute directives and relay instructions from your direct supervisor effectively while adhering to a regular work schedule.
• Utilize electronic medical records for documentation, ensuring accurate tracking of patient progress and therapeutic plans.
• Provide comprehensive assessment and counseling services tailored to individual needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Assist clients in identifying and addressing financial or social needs through resource mapping and referrals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills, ensuring you meet licensing requirements and stay abreast of new therapeutic modalities.
• Other duties as assigned, contributing to an adaptable and responsive therapeutic environment.

Our focus is primarily on youth facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial issues. Our therapists are dedicated to cultivating a supportive and nurturing therapeutic relationship, helping young clients understand their emotions and develop coping strategies. You will work collaboratively with families, schools, and community organizations to ensure a comprehensive support system for each child’s success.

• A valid independent license in the state of Oregon or the state in which you reside (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively in a high caseload setting to maintain quality service delivery.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ensuring each client receives attention and care.

• Background in working collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating enthusiasm that motivates both staff and clients.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems tailored for mental health counseling.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or advocacy for youth mental health initiatives.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
