Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological status and how various medical conditions affect their mental wellbeing.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methods tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Offering crisis intervention and immediate support to patients during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization.

The patients you will serve often face complex challenges due to the presence of multiple conditions. This includes individuals battling mental health issues such as anxiety and depression alongside physical conditions. As a therapist at Beyond Mind, you will play an essential role in navigating these complexities to promote patient health and well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical codes while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for therapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A collaborative spirit to work successfully within an interdisciplinary team dedicated to integrated care.
