This role is primarily remote, allowing a flexible work environment that adapts to your lifestyle while maintaining connections with school staff and students. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with educators and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students, fostering an engaging and supportive atmosphere for learning and growth.

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify and address barriers to treatment. Utilize these assessments to guide diagnosis and create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate outpatient mental health therapy focusing on both individual and group treatment modalities, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Regularly document social work activities and patient interactions within their medical records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with departmental standards.
• Consult with medical and support staff regarding patients’ psychosocial histories and current needs to develop a cohesive and effective care strategy.
• Educate patients and their families about medical and therapeutic recommendations, promoting understanding and adherence to treatment plans. Empower them to engage actively in their recovery processes.
• Advocate for patients’ needs through community resources and support services, ensuring that individuals receive appropriate help and guidance.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health treatment.

In this role, you will primarily serve students within the school system, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges that can affect their educational performance and overall well-being. Your focus will be on developing supportive relationships that help students navigate personal and environmental issues related to mental health, learning difficulties, and social interactions.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification issued by the relevant State Board.
• Strong analytical skills and therapeutic acumen necessary for evaluating patients and formulating effective treatment strategies.
• Commitment to adhering to the NASW Code of Ethics and maintaining high professional standards in all interactions.

• At least six months to a year of clinical experience, preferably within a health or mental health setting, with a focus on youth and school-aged individuals.
• Knowledge and familiarity with community resources available to children and families, enhancing the support networks around students.
• Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and a SIGN-ON BONUS to welcome new team members.
