As Medical Director, you will guide physiatric care standards, ensure documentation quality and compliance, and collaborate closely with facility teams to elevate rehabilitation outcomes. You will serve as the clinical authority for PM&R across assigned regions, shaping care delivery at scale.
What You’ll DoProvide clinical leadership as the physician-of-record for PM&R services across assigned facilities.
Conduct structured remote chart reviews, documentation oversight, and compliance audits.
Review and co‑sign clinical encounters per state and payer requirements.
