• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Provide education and support not only to patients but also to their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of current research and developments in the field of mental health.

This role encompasses working with a diverse range of patients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. As an LCSW, you will employ solution-focused practices and innovative treatment modalities tailored to each individual’s needs, ultimately helping them improve their quality of life and navigate their mental health journeys.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas is required.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.

At least 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed social worker, particularly in an outpatient mental health setting, is preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and online patient management systems would also be beneficial, as they will enhance your efficiency and effectiveness in delivering care.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
