• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to address various mental health disorders.
• Maintain meticulous, timely clinical documentation adhering to state regulations and organizational policies, using our advanced electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists, to create holistic treatment strategies.
• Provide psychoeducation and ongoing support to patients and their families to help them navigate the recovery process.
• Participate in regular training sessions and continued education to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Our detox center caters to a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. As an LCSW, you will engage with patients from varied backgrounds and walks of life, tailoring your therapeutic strategies to meet their unique challenges. Your ability to empathize and effectively communicate with patients will be essential in fostering trust and promoting positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• A valid LCSW license issued by the state of Kansas.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and best practices in mental health treatment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients compassionately.

Ideal candidates will have experience working in a detox or addiction treatment setting, an understanding of evidence-based practices in substance abuse recovery, and familiarity with tools such as telehealth platforms to facilitate remote patient interactions. Experience addressing dual diagnoses will be valuable as well.
