• Provide high-quality counseling services through individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, meeting clients where they are in their therapeutic journey.
• Use evidence-based practices to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, aligning with each client’s specific goals and challenges.
• Employ active listening skills and empathy to build strong therapeutic alliances, encouraging clients to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.
• Document all client interactions and clinical notes accurately and thoroughly, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health and healthcare professionals, participating in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and strategies for holistic care.
• Stay informed of the latest trends in counseling techniques and psychological research to provide cutting-edge support and interventions.

As a LPC at Life Medic Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
• Experience with electronic health record systems for clinical documentation and client management.

This full-time LPC position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
