• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans that address both mental health needs and relational dynamics.
• Implement family systems theory and systemic interventions to tackle communication challenges and address underlying family stressors.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and client interactions, complying with all legal and ethical standards.
• Educate clients on effective communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and coping strategies that foster emotional strength and resilience.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, in order to coordinate comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain updated with current research, best practices, and innovations in marriage and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland, or the state in which you are practicing.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a dedication to ethical and confidential therapeutic practices.
• The ability to function autonomously while also being a collaborative team player within a clinical setting.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Previous experience delivering outpatient therapy services is highly preferred.
• A familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms to effectively engage with clients in a remote setting.
• Specialized training in evidence-based treatment modalities related to marriage and family therapy.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
