Job SummaryThe Field Service Technician is responsible for the on-site operation, maintenance, and performance monitoring of three SAFF® 40 PFAS treatment systems. This role serves as the primary Revive presence on site, ensuring the systems meet contracted performance guarantees for PFOA/PFOS removal, uptime, and throughput. The Technician will receive hands-on training on SAFF® technology from Revive and the equipment manufacturer and will work closely with the Revive Project Manager.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain three SAFF® 40 treatment systems to optimize removal of PFOA and PFOS from incoming landfill leachate.Service and troubleshoot mechanical components, including pumps, valves, and related equipment.Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems powered by 480V 3-phase power.Conduct routine water sampling and basic on-site wet lab testing to support performance monitoring.Bottle, label, and ship analytical samples in accordance with chain-of-custody procedures.Move drums and totes (up to 40 lbs) into position for foam concentrate collection and staging.Monitor SAFF® 40 system telemetry and performance data; identify and escalate operational issues.Meet with the customer points of contact during each service visit to provide status updates.Write daily service and operations reports summarizing work performed, system status, and recommendations.Maintain accurate site data records and support the Project Manager with customer deliverables and reporting.Respond to on-site emergencies within 4 hours, including outside of standard business hours, weekends, and holidays.Complete training on SAFF® technology, safety procedures, and equipment operation provided by Revive and the manufacturer.Follow all required PPE, lockout/tagout, and hazardous material handling procedures, including handling of PFAS-affected materials as hazardous waste.Required QualificationsMechanical aptitude with demonstrated ability to service pumps, valves, and industrial equipment.Active electrical certification, with experience working on 480V 3-phase systems.Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).DOT certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).Comfort and basic competency performing wet lab/analytical water testing.Strong written communication skills; able to produce clear, accurate daily reports.Ability to lift and move equipment and materials up to 40 lbs.Ability to respond to site emergencies within 4 hours, 365 days a year.Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the Ashwaubenon, WI site 4–5 days per week.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in industrial wastewater, water treatment, or environmental remediation operations.Familiarity with PFAS, foam fractionation, or similar treatment technologies.Experience with remote telemetry / SCADA monitoring systems.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThis position is primarily performed outdoors and in an industrial landfill environment, with exposure to varying weather conditions, mechanical and electrical equipment, and materials affected by PFAS. The Technician must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with equipment servicing and material handling. Use of PPE is required at all times per site and Revive safety protocols.Training and DevelopmentThe selected candidate will complete structured training on SAFF® 40 system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, provided jointly by Revive Environmental and the equipment manufacturer (EPOC/Allonnia). Training will include hands-on shadowing, safety procedures, sampling protocols, and reporting requirements, with the goal of full operational independence ahead of the August 14, 2026 start date.
