• Maintain detailed and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and local laws.
• Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team to share insights and coordinate care, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and facilitate informed decisions.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health, integrating new knowledge into practice to continuously improve care quality.

Your work will primarily target a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license to practice.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
