Work Environment

In this fully remote role, you will work within a modern, supportive outpatient mental health clinic setting. You will leverage advanced telehealth technologies to connect with clients, conduct assessments, and deliver treatment. Key Responsibilities

As our Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of individuals and families.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create comprehensive care strategies.
• Facilitating case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve care quality and outcomes.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources to promote empowerment and understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present with various mental health challenges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits
