Position Overview

We are seeking a highly dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time position at Wellness Wisdom Therapy Center. Work Environment

Work remotely from the comfort of your home while being a part of a dedicated team of mental health professionals. Our outpatient mental health clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that enhances client interactions and therapy processes. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to provide integrated care within an empathetic and dynamic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based interventions.
• Utilize sophisticated therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring interventions are tailored to the diverse needs of each client.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and standards to protect patient confidentiality and information integrity.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies during case consultations to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Engage actively in continuous professional development through peer reviews, staying informed on advancements in mental health practices and treatment methodologies.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment plans, and available community supports, serving as an essential guide in their recovery journey.
• Monitor and document client progress to adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring all clients are meeting their mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You'll be working with a diverse client base, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, all presenting with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. This variety allows for a rich and fulfilling practice as you encounter different perspectives and experiences, empowering you as a practitioner.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid California state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, with documented success in treatment outcomes.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for meaningful connections with clients and colleagues alike.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for problem-solving and treatment planning.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment, embracing a culture of support and continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth services and digital care platforms that enhance patient engagement and access to mental health resources.
• A background working with underserved populations or within community health settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with integrated care models that integrate physical and mental wellness.

Compensation and Benefits

Wellness Wisdom Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
