Your role as an LCSW will be multifaceted, encompassing a range of clinical duties:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments within the context of detox treatment, identifying a client's mental health needs and formulating personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring tailored care for each patient.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans and ensure holistic care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster an atmosphere of continuous learning and improvement in clinical practices.
