Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify each client's specific mental health needs and circumstances, using evidence-based methodologies.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and foster their mental well-being.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions in individual, couple, and family settings, employing a holistic approach that integrates emotional, social, and psychological components.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes and responsiveness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, leveraging interdisciplinary insights for a cohesive approach to client care.
• Adhere to best practices and uphold the organization’s values and standards in all professional interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on mothers experiencing postpartum challenges, including but not limited to postpartum depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. Therapy is tailored to provide support not only to mothers but also to their partners and families, recognizing the essential role family dynamics play in mental health. We employ a range of therapeutic techniques to facilitate emotional healing and resilience building, ensuring that our clients feel understood and supported during this critical phase of their lives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure in the state of Colorado as a:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with effective communication abilities necessary for client engagement.
• A proven track record of working successfully both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with maternal mental health, particularly regarding postpartum challenges.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools.
• Knowledge of various evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
