Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while prioritizing your clients' needs. You will be expected to provide services during standard business hours, specifically Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. The virtual setting involves engaging with clients through established telehealth platforms, creating a professional yet compassionate and confidential environment for therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, engaging clients in meaningful discussions to facilitate mental health growth.
• Complete thorough intake assessments and use diagnostic criteria to develop personalized treatment plans based on therapy goals and client needs.
• Provide mental health support by offering resources, referrals, and crisis intervention, ensuring clients feel safe and understood during their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all documentation and ethical standards in practice.
• Utilize digital therapy platforms effectively to foster communication and enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist at Logan Mental Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will guide clients through their healing journeys, empowering them with coping strategies and self-management skills necessary for their overall mental health success.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.
• Must possess an active, valid Washington State license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Strong capability to assess client needs and develop insightful treatment plans.
• Proficient in utilizing digital therapy platforms and managing virtual consultations effectively.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is preferred.
• Experience with teletherapy and a solid understanding of the unique dynamics involved in remote therapy sessions.
• A proven ability to navigate the complexities of mental health issues specific to various demographics.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
