Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy services tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Conducting thorough assessments to understand each client's mental health status and creating personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Facilitating therapy sessions employing a variety of modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, adapting your approach based on client feedback and progress.
• Collaborating with clients to set, adjust, and monitor therapeutic goals throughout their treatment journey.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
• Utilizing our intuitive platform for efficient scheduling and record management, thus streamlining your administrative tasks and freeing you up to focus on client interaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with are diverse, coming from various backgrounds and facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. Our robust training and client-matching system will assist you in connecting with individuals who align with your clinical strengths and interests, whether in pediatric therapy or adult counseling.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• A full license in the state of Oregon to practice independently as a mental health counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience is required, although we also welcome applications from those with more extensive backgrounds in mental health counseling. Experience with telehealth modalities will be beneficial as part of our remote practice.

Compensation and Benefits
