As a remote position, the therapist will enjoy the flexibility of a home office setup while also accessing our outpatient office for meetings and collaborative sessions when needed. We utilize a range of digital tools and telehealth platforms to ensure smooth communication with clients and work with multi-disciplinary teams. Team meetings and training sessions are conducted regularly to promote continuous development and staff bonding.

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess client needs and establish treatment goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.
• Offer optional group, couples, or family therapy services to clients interested in these formats, facilitating sessions that promote collective healing and understanding.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records that comply with HIPAA regulations and reflect best practices in mental health care.
• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training initiatives to share insights and stay updated on the latest therapeutic strategies.

You will focus on a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as executive functioning challenges, anxiety disorders, depressive conditions, and trauma recovery. Your role will involve addressing these individuals’ behavioral and emotional needs while collaborating with primary care providers to ensure a holistic approach to their treatment plans.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Active LPC licensure in Oregon, with a minimum of 2 years of practice experience.
• Strong foundational understanding of psychotherapy and established ability to deliver effective counseling services to individuals and families.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Demonstrated experience in health psychology and understanding integrative healthcare approaches.
• Prior experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and digital record-keeping systems.
• A history of professional development through training, certifications, or workshops relevant to the counseling field.
