Job Title: Delivery Manager IV/Scrum Master
Start/End Dates: 10 Months Contract
Pay Range: $60 to $65

Job Description:
  • You will be a member of the IT Agile Integrated Supply Chain systems team. You will be a servant leader who helps the team to be self-sufficient and achieve its goals via effective Agile and Lean practices. You would manage 3 delivery teams: Order Management (which supports Care for Customer and Invoicing), Demand 2 Deliver (supports Supply Chain Management) and LATAM (supports LATAM region and compliance). These teams are dispersed globally (NA, LATAM, EMEA, AP).You will report to the Technical Leader, IT Manufacturing & Supply Chain Systems.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Understand, apply and coach Agile and Lean principles within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Grow an environment for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Help the delivery teams to coordinate dependencies with other teams and communicate status of these dependencies.
  • Collaborate with other agile capability teams to identify, promote, and adopt best practices and lessons learned to improve team and program performance.
  • Help team to remove any execution roadblocks
  • Manage smaller projects within IT application space
  • Support IT manager in daily operations
  • Protect team by saying "no" as needed

The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Typically requires 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent knowledge in the areas of application / software engineering
  • Prior experience in Scrum Master role (or Project Manager willing to grow as Scrum Master), with demonstrated capabilities
  • Knowledge and understanding of agile principles, values, techniques, and scrum theory
  • IT Applications / business system background (SAP would be a bonus)
  • On-hand experience with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence
  • Understanding of ITIL framework
  • Experience with providing workshops and presentations
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is a bonus
