The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling work-life balance while fulfilling professional obligations. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status and formulate tailored therapeutic plans to guide their healing journey.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other psychotherapeutic modalities appropriate for patients’ specific needs.
• Utilize behavioral interventions to facilitate measurable progress in clients’ mental health and relationship dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with regulatory policies and ethical standards.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams to enhance overall treatment efficacy.
• Commit to professional development through continuous education, training, and participation in supervision meetings.

Our clientele ranges from individuals grappling with anxiety and depression to couples seeking to navigate relational challenges, such as communication issues or marital discord. As a therapist, you will be working with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and various demographic backgrounds, all striving to improve their mental health and relational satisfaction.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess an active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding of mental health challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.

• Experience working within community health settings is advantageous.
• Background in couples therapy or family counseling is a plus.
• Knowledge of culturally competent practices that enhance therapeutic relationships and outcomes.
