Responsibilities: Design and implement robust Java based services that support corporate communication workflows and ensure reliable information delivery across internal platforms -Configure and optimize Informatica MDM Hub Console components to maintain high quality master data that underpins communication channels and reporting needs -Develop and refine Informatica MDM Entity360 views to present clear and contextualized profiles that help communication teams access accurate stakeholder information -Build and maintain Informatica IDD user interfaces that enable communication teams to manage and govern master data efficiently and consistently -Create and orchestrate process flows using Informatica Active VOS to automate communication related data approvals notifications and exception handling -Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate corporate communication requirements into scalable technical designs powered by Java and Informatica MDM capabilities -Conduct detailed data analysis and profiling to identify gaps and inconsistencies that could impact the clarity of messages and stakeholder communications -Implement strong data validation and stewardship rules so that corporate communication outputs rely on trusted and consistent master data sources -Prepare technical documentation for services integrations and MDM configurations that support transparency continuity and knowledge sharing within the communication function -Perform impact analysis and regression testing for changes in Java services and MDM configurations to safeguard stability of communication platforms in a day shift schedule -Monitor and troubleshoot production issues in hybrid work model setups ensuring timely resolution so that communication activities remain uninterrupted and reliable -Coordinate with information security and compliance partners to ensure that data and communication solutions adhere to organizational and regulatory expectations -Mentor peers by sharing best practices in Java development Informatica MDM configuration and data governance so the broader team can deliver higher quality communication solutions -Drive continuous improvement initiatives that use insights from communication metrics to enhance data models integration patterns and user experiences
