Job description

Rechat is building the next generation of enterprise real estate technology. Our platform helps real estate professionals streamline the entire buying and selling journey by unifying data, marketing, and transaction workflows into one powerful system. We're a product-driven company with a modern technology stack, a strong engineering culture, and a mission to transform how agents work at scale.

REMOTE (Work may be performed anywhere)

Our marketing runs a lot of things at once: a member newsletter, four or five industry conferences in flight with lead forms and landing pages behind each one, product launches that need to reach prospects, deliverables owed to industry partners, a paid media agency to keep on track, and a steady queue of campaigns and assets moving through design and build. This role exists to keep all of it on track - the day-to-day operating rhythm of marketing, and a good share of the hands-on building and sending too. Initially reporting directly to the CEO while we rebuild our marketing department, this role offers unique, high-level influence over how the function takes shape during a transitional phase. This role is ideal for a methodical, highly organized operator who excels at taking existing documentation and frameworks and turning them into seamless daily operations. You are comfortable stepping into established systems, taking ownership of and improving processes, and ensuring everything continues to run without missing a beat.

What You'll Do:

Project Coordination

  • Keep the marketing board (ClickUp) up to date: every campaign, event, release, and deliverable, with an owner and a due date
  • Run the weekly check-in rhythm, know what's on track, what's slipped, and what's blocked, and follow up without being asked
  • Keep work moving across design, video, content, community, and social by making sure each piece has what it needs and lands on time
  • Flag risk early, telling someone a week ahead if something looks like it's going to miss

Campaign Execution

  • Build, proof, and send email campaigns and the monthly newsletter
  • Build landing pages, forms, lists, and workflows for events, content downloads, and demos
  • Keep the marketing database clean, with list hygiene, suppressions, unsubscribes, and bounces handled on a regular cycle
  • Make sure leads land in the right segment, workflow, and in front of the right person

Event Support

  • Support our conference presence with lead forms and landing pages ready ahead of time, registration and list logistics handled, and follow-up sequences ready before the team travels
  • Track vendor lead times for swag, print, and booth materials so nothing arrives late
  • Get leads out of events and into the CRM, tagged correctly, within days

Vendor and Partner Follow-Through

  • Track what we owe partners under contract and make sure it goes out on time
  • Keep our profile current across partner and directory pages, and help manage placements outside the big ad platforms
  • Help run standing check-ins with our paid media agency and follow up on their reporting
  • Notice when a partner contact goes quiet, and flag it before it becomes a problem

Reporting

  • Pull and circulate the numbers that already exist, including email performance, paid performance, form conversions, and event lead volume
  • Build a simple, repeatable reporting habit so leadership isn't chasing number

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or running multiple campaigns and projects at once
  • A track record of finishing what you start, not leaving things at 90 percent
  • Comfort taking basic direction, asking good questions, and figuring the rest out yourself
  • Real estate or industry background (including former agents) is a strong bonus, though not required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organization, able to carry several unrelated workstreams at once without dropping one
  • Clear, direct written communication, most coordination happens in Slack and project tools, not meetings
  • Fluency with modern AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT, used daily to move faster
  • Persistent, good-humored follow-up with people who aren't blocked on purpose
  • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot and ClickUp. Additional familiarity with Typeform, Zoom, or Stadium is a plus.

Why You'll Love Working Here:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Fully remote with flexible work/life balance
  • A diverse, inclusive, and highly collaborative culture
  • Meaningful work with a product used by real professionals every day
  • Flexible Paid Time Off

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. All employment decisions are made without regard to legally protected characteristics. Background and reference checks required.
