Job description

Why Arcoro?
Want to work with a solid company that's transforming HR for the construction industry? Our team of dedicated professionals helps construction, contracting and field services companies hire, manage and grow their workforce with a market-leading SaaS solution. As a member of the A-Team, you'll enjoy a top-notch employee experience where you can embrace your problem-solving skills and innovation, work with a team of great colleagues and see the impact of your contribution each day Our culture is collaborative, and we believe strongly in training, growth and internal advancement. We offer competitive compensation including comprehensive benefits and a generous time-off policy. We offer both on-site and remote opportunities.
At Arcoro, you will help create software products that are cutting edge, easy to use, and that make an appreciated and notable difference in our customer's daily lives.
About the Role
As Product Marketing Manager, you will help Arcoro strengthen how we bring products to market and drive growth across our portfolio. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales, and Customer Experience to turn product capabilities, customer needs, and market insights into differentiated positioning and effective go-to-market programs.
This is a broad, hands-on role focused primarily on improving product launches, developing positioning and messaging, identifying growth opportunities, and bringing customer and competitive insights into go-to-market decisions. You will support growth across the customer journey while partnering with Customer Experience and Sales Enablement, who own customer relationships and enablement delivery.
Pricing, packaging, and offer development are managed separately and are not core responsibilities of this position.
The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing. You understand B2B SaaS product marketing, can quickly make sense of complex products and markets, and know how to turn insight into measurable business impact.
AI fluency is also important. You should already use AI effectively and be prepared to help Marketing build its "marketing brain" through shared practices, reusable knowledge, and connected AI-enabled workflows.
Product Launches and Go-to-Market Execution
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to plan and execute product launches.
  • Define target audiences, positioning, launch objectives, success metrics, and cross-functional plans.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear customer value, differentiated messaging, and audience-specific communications.
  • Develop launch plans, internal enablement, customer-facing content, and other go-to-market materials.
  • Help establish repeatable launch practices that improve alignment, readiness, and impact.

Positioning and Messaging
  • Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Arcoro's products, solutions, and target audiences.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear stories grounded in customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Provide core messaging frameworks and source content that Marketing and Sales Enablement teams can adapt into campaigns, content, and customer-facing materials.

Market and Competitive Intelligence
  • Gather and synthesize market, buyer, and competitive insights to inform positioning, launches, and growth strategies.
  • Conduct targeted win/loss analysis to identify buying criteria, competitive patterns, and reasons for no-decision outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain prioritized competitive messaging and guidance for Arcoro's key competitors.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to translate product and competitive insights into field training and resources.

Customer Marketing and Advocacy
  • Develop content that showcases customer outcomes and brings the customer voice into Arcoro's marketing.
  • Partner with Customer Experience to uncover customer needs, outcomes, adoption barriers, and opportunities for customer storytelling.
  • Bring customer insights and proof points into positioning, product launches, go-to-market programs, and core product marketing content.
  • Provide messaging and product expertise for customer communications related to major launches and strategic initiatives.

AI-Enabled Marketing Practices
  • Use AI confidently and responsibly to improve product marketing research, analysis, content development, and execution.
  • Contribute to Marketing's shared "marketing brain" by helping develop reusable knowledge, effective practices, and connected AI-enabled workflows.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Demonstrated experience leading go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches or strategic growth initiatives.
  • Experience developing differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for complex products or workflow-based solutions.
  • Ability to synthesize customer, buyer, market, competitive, and win/loss insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and project-management skills, including the ability to align stakeholders and move initiatives forward without direct authority.
  • A proactive, resourceful working style and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Practical experience using generative AI to improve marketing workflows, along with sound judgment around accuracy, quality, and responsible use.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience marketing HR, workforce management, payroll, time tracking, and/or construction technology.
  • Experience developing clickable product tours or demos with a tool like Tourial, Navattic, or Consensus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or other CRM and marketing technology platforms.

What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will help Arcoro:
  • Deliver more consistent, coordinated, and measurable product launches.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies that contribute to awareness, demand, adoption, and growth across Arcoro's portfolio.
  • Establish differentiated positioning and messaging that Marketing and Sales Enablement can activate effectively.
  • Bring stronger customer, buyer, competitive, and win/loss insights into product and go-to-market decisions.
  • Build scalable product marketing practices and shared AI-enabled knowledge that improve team efficiency and impact.

Work Environment and Travel
This is a remote position open to candidates located within the United States. Occasional travel-typically once a quarter-may be required for company meetings, customer events, or industry conferences.
Salary Range
$110,000-125,000
About the Company
