Education/Experience:
Must have 3 years of experience in technical writing.
Must have 5 years of experience in a technical writing position, preferred.
Degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience, preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop, structure, and maintain comprehensive documentation websites for our IT products and services.
Create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, technology documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
Use Markdown and Static site generators (e.g., Jekyll, Hugo) to format and publish documentation.
Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of documentation.
