Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ emotional, behavioral, and psychological wellness.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships by establishing rapport with clients in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment.
  • Use a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, to facilitate client growth and healing.
  • Support clients in recognizing and transforming harmful thought patterns and behaviors associated with their mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure positive treatment outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and client progress, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and confidentiality regulations.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay abreast of advancements in therapeutic techniques and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed mental health counselor/therapist, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults and youth experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your role will be crucial in creating supportive therapeutic environments where clients feel safe to share their experiences and pursue their mental health goals.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid license or certification as a Mental Health Counselor/Therapist, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services to clients with mental health conditions.
