Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client assessments and ongoing evaluations, creating personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, family, and couple's therapy, employing a range of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in adherence with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that patient information is securely managed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive care, sharing insights and recommendations that contribute to improved mental health outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest research and practices in mental health.

The clients you will work with vary widely in terms of demographics and mental health needs. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
