Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Fun Play ABA Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. We provide assent-based, compassionate ABA therapy that prioritizes each child's autonomy, dignity, and individual strengths. Our goal is to create meaningful, socially significant outcomes through ethical, evidence-based practices while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our clinicians.

As a BCBA, you will oversee individualized treatment programs, provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers, and ensure high-quality services that align with the BACB Ethics Code and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote generalization of skills.
  • Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations based on progress.
  • Complete clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals when appropriate.
  • Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical training, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Active state licensure (if required).
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and providing caregiver training.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical staff.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations if required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with assent-based or compassionate ABA practices.
  • Experience in home, clinic, and/or school-based settings.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
