Ace Mental Health Facility is actively seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider the interplay between psychiatric and medical conditions affecting patients' mental health.
  • Develop, implement, and adapt holistic treatment plans that integrate both mental health therapy and necessary medical interventions for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices that resonate with each patient's unique situations.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, psychiatrists, and other health care professionals to provide synchronized care, ensuring that therapeutic approaches align with medical advice.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention for patients in distress and devise strategies that help manage mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our mental health therapists primarily serve individuals facing complex mental health issues compounded by co-occurring medical conditions, such as autoimmune disorders and chronic pain. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of California.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing mental health care for patients with co-occurring medical conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, vital for fostering trust and rapport with patients and collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Ability to uphold professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and dedicated to maintaining well-organized documentation.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
