BCBA Clinical Supervisor - Remote, Hybrid & Senior Opportunities Available
$10,000K Employment Bonus
Location: Santa Maria, CA.
Job Type: Full-Time

What you'll do:
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are.
  • Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
  • Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals

Role requirements
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
  • Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
  • Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors
