  • Partner with legal counsel on complex agreements and dispute resolution
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Defense Industrial Base (DIB) requirements

Procurement & Purchasing

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for goods, services, and subcontracted work
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors based on cost, quality, and performance
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to optimize value and cost efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships and performance standards
  • Ensure purchasing aligns with budgets and organizational policies

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Establish and enhance procurement and contract management procedures and controls
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and cybersecurity standards (CMMC, NIST SP 800-171)
  • Support audit readiness and reporting related to procurement and contracts
  • Track procurement metrics, spend analytics, and vendor performance

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Leadership teams
  • Support RFPs, bid packages, scope reviews, and vendor selection processes
  • Provide guidance on procurement best practices and contractual obligations
  • Present contract and procurement insights to leadership, including risk exposure and readiness reporting

Qualifications
