Job description

Position Title: Director of Delivery - IT Consulting
Location: USA, 100% Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Long Term
We are seeking a Growth-Oriented Onshore Director of Delivery to lead and scale our IT consulting projects in App Development, Data Integration, and Generative AI. This role requires a strategic and
hands-on leader who can drive successful project delivery, build strong client relationships, and
identify growth opportunities within the Utilities and Manufacturing sectors.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Project Delivery & Execution
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution across App Development, Data Integration, and AI initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for, preferably,enterprise clients in Utilities and Manufacturing, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to optimize resource utilization and maintain efficiency.
  • Implement Agile and DevSecOps best practices for high-quality delivery in cloud environments (Azure, Oracle, Salesforce, or GCP).
Client Engagement & Growth
  • Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders preferably at Utilities and Manufacturing companies.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning AI, Data Integration, and App Dev services with client needs.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and project health checks to ensure customer satisfaction. 
Business Expansion & Practice Development
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams to drive new business opportunities and expand our consulting footprint.
  • Develop and refine industry-specific offerings for Utilities and Manufacturing clients, showcasing value through AI-driven automation, cloud-native solutions, and integration accelerators.
  • Contribute to proposal development, RFP responses, and pre-sales engagements to win new projects.
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
  • Drive operational improvements to enhance profitability, delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs and governance frameworks for IT service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on App Development, Data Integration, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record of onshore delivery leadership, managing multi-million-dollar engagements.
  • Good to have strong domain expertise in Utilities and Manufacturing – understanding of industry trends, regulatory needs, and digital transformation challenges.
  • Experience managing hybrid delivery models (onshore/offshore teams) and collaborating with global teams.
  • Knowledge of Azure, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities, drive business expansion, and contribute to pre-sales efforts.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
